Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed according to the shipping mode selected by the customer. Delivery timelines will vary based on the chosen shipping option, and processing begins after successful payment
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Any delay due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via email/phone.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro Cities: 7–10 business days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 10-15 business days
    • Remote/Interior Locations: 15–25 business days
  • Delivery Time is depended on the mode of shipment picked by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints or natural disruptions.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Any change in shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

 

 Order Tracking

  • Tracking updates are controlled by courier partners and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

 

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that shipping details provided are accurate.
  • In case of an incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • In rare cases of delay or lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
  • Graceway will not be liable for delays caused due to courier issues, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

 

Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and inform us immediately at support@gway.in
  • Share unboxing pictures/video for quicker support and resolution.
